New Delhi: Lava Iris 406Q is now available for pre-order on Flipkart. The phone is also listed on the company's site and costs Rs 6,999.


The Iris 406Q is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone that comes with a 4-inch display with WVGA (480x800 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a quad-core CPU (unspecified chipset), clocked at 1.2GHz, coupled with 1GB of RAM.

The device runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box and online retailer's listing claims that the device is upgradeable to Android 4.4 KitKat.

The smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, along with a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Iris 406Q offers 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE and 3G. The device gets its juice from a 1700mAh battery.
