Here we have compiled a few promising entrepreneurs who are making an ambitious foray in to the business world.

Karan Vij: He is the founder of a scented shoe brand, Scentra. The shoes are made from organic cotton and can even fit into your jeans pocket and are lighter than a mobile phone. The firm sells the shoes with price ranging from Rs 1,800 to Rs 2,700. Karan plans to collaborate with e-commerce portals. Launch seasonal collections and eventually foray into retail.

Kalyani Khona:  Kalyani runs a matchmaking service, Wanted Umbrella, for the disabled, since July 2014. It's an exclusive matrimonial agency for differently abled people. Currently, this service is available in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai but the matchmaker is planning to enter the Bengaluru.

Johny Stephen: Johny provides feet care services and products through his firm, THEHAPPYFEET .  The service includes giving foot reflexology at offices and homes to being present at kitty parties. Besides, it also offers event-based pricing models for corporates, marathons or family gatherings.

Alpana Agarwal: Alpana's firm  CON AFFETTO makes edible bouquets by using cake pops, cookies, cupcakes and cake truffle. It sells bouquets and gift hampers ranging from Rs 850 and go up to Rs 3,000. The company faces indirect competition from fruit and chocolate bouquets.

Bharat Ahirwar: Bharat started a personal errands-running service in july 2012.  The company runs errands and provides same-day delivery solutions; has delivered vada pav from a food stall to a client at the airport, accompanied a client's grandparent to a doctor's clinic.
