Employers want productive employees! And if you are productive, then you will be seen more as a giver than a taker, and you'll prosper in your job. It is also no surprise that best employees in an organization are the ones who document their productivity, and ultimately they would reap all the rewards that the job brings with it. If you feel you are lacking somewhere, here are few tips that you can implement, in order to get more done in less time.

Sharpen Your Focus

You must have heard it before: to get ahead at work, and in life, you need to focus what's really important to you. However, it is also not surprising that with so much going on in our routine lives we tend to lose our focus. Though a lot of people nowadays train themselves to be a multitasker, in reality the human mind is only meant to do one task at a time. Focus, focus, focus!
