the note was not a personal letter first of all -- so no matter if pranab is not having same views in person !the note-which is made by different ministries and sent to pmo has its own validity ! facts can not be denied or cancelled by any 1 having different personal opinion !manmohan n congress has said it [UPA-2] is not responsible for actions n decisions done / taken during UPA - 1 tenure while same ruling party n same pm ?on other side -- they are trying to find reasons of their decisions' root during NDA rule or prior ministers ?were they expected to follow policies n agenda of nda ?any compulsion to follow them ?do they follow all policies made by prior govts ?why are they blaming others for all their misdeeds n scams done by them and their allies with full awareness n sharing benefits too !congress and pm with his cabinet [ selected by them ] , now can not shirk away from constitutional joint responsibility of pm with cabinet to loksabha , parliament ! they are answerable JOINTLY FOR ALL ACTIONS DONE AND DECISIONS TAKEN !yeh do bhaiyon ka property dispute nahin hai jo sulahnama ho gaya !matter is before court and corruption of public money is in issue !lets see what happens next !
