Jaipur: Light to moderate rainfall was experienced today at several places in Rajasthan, the MeT department said.
Isolated places in Udaipur division witnessed moderate downpour with Ghatol (Banswara) and Pratapgarh recording 8 and 7 cm rains respectively till morning. Alwar recorded 5 cm whereas other places recorded 1-4 cm rains during this period.
Light showers were gauged in Jaipur, Churu, Ajmer, Chittorgarh and Kota which received 9.9, 7, 3.8, 3 and 1 mm rains respectively.
The weather department predicted rains at few places in eastern and in isolated areas in western parts of the state in the next 24 hours.
